Has your American Dream turned into a nightmare?

With home values still dropping, the slow housing market and shady property management companies, the homeownership experience isn't always what it was cracked up to be.  The Advoc8te is curious if people (especailly first-time homebuyers) are still happy with their home purchases or if they would have done something differently?
