Now this is some really exciting news! I've had the pleasure of knowing Harold and he is very capable and very committed.  He lives East of the River and really gets what we as a city and a community need.   I really can't say enough good things about Harold, he is awesome.  I know I am not the only one who wishes him well in his new role. :)
