Search warrant executed on Bryan Talbott and Chester Ransom of Esquire Federal City

The Advoc8te was pleased as punch to receive this email from the United States Postal Inspection Service regarding the ongoing investigation into Brandywine Crossing Condominiums former property management company, Esquire Federal City. If you are new to the saga and the allegations against Esquire you can get the skinny here. Hopefully this will bring the Homeowner's Association closer to recouping the 100k they allege that Esquire "mismanaged."
