April 27: The Smithsonian Anacostia Community Museum Presents Forum on Creativity and Youth Culture in SE Washington


This community forum will explore youth and creative expression as developed through the work of such groups and organizations as Kid Power, DC; Life Pieces to Masterpieces and others. This forum will be moderated by Anthony Anderson, the award-winning Producer of ANACOSTIA, The Web Series. The Panelists will be:

-Peter Krsko, Director of Albus Cavus
-Mary Brown, Executive Director of Life Pieces To Masterpieces
-Gregory Henderson, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Kid Power, DC
-Reverend Albert Jackson, Youth Pastor, Galilee Baptist Church
-Darren Timothy McIntyre, Jr., Student, Cesar Chavez Capitol Hill High School

Please come out to the Anacostia Community Museum and listen and contribute to what will be a very lively discussion! Audience Q&A time will be offered. Will start promptly at 7pm.
