Amanda Greene Bouza and George Louis Bouza bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 3507 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. S.E. in Congress Heights from Mohammad Sikder for $259,500 on March 11.

Sikder paid $70,000 for the property in Nov. 2010. The 1,152-square-foot house was built in 1909.

Ms. Bouza is the CEO and designer of Girl Mischief, a Washington, D.C. based accessory company. She previously was the editor in chief of Definition Magazine.

She holds a degree in fashion merchandising and design from the American College in London and attended the Intercontinental University.
