Sikder paid $70,000 for the property in Nov. 2010. The 1,152-square-foot house was built in 1909.
Ms. Bouza is the CEO and designer of Girl Mischief, a Washington, D.C. based accessory company. She previously was the editor in chief of Definition Magazine.
She holds a degree in fashion merchandising and design from the American College in London and attended the Intercontinental University.
