Do NOT leave animals outside tonight!

It's too darn cold!

The Washington City Paper did a nice write-up with some tips if you see a stray or a pet outside. Please help out or call Animal Rescue if you see an animal left out in the cold. Imagine what it would feel like to be huddled out in the freezing cold  and snow -- even in a dog house. It would be miserable if not fatal. Animals should be brought inside ASAP.  Dogs and cats can (and do) freeze to death in these temperatures.
