What do you think of the Giant on Alabama Ave SE? Rant or Rave?
I am really all about supporting Congress Heights businesses, especailly the only major supermarket in Ward 8 but, there have been some... concerns as of late about the Super Giant on Alabama Avenue in Congress Heights.
