In Pictures: The Hive Grand Opening and Holiday Party

Tuesday, December 14th was The Hive Grand Opening and Holiday Party sponsored by the ARCH Development Corporation, DC Department of Housing and Community Development, the River East Emerging Leaders and Eat Shop Live Anacostia and it was G-R-E-A-T! (and I am not just saying that because my company, reSPIN planned the event).  People from all over DC and River East came down to Historic Anacostia to  review this small business incubator, the latest project from the ARCH Development Corporation, a local non-profit with over 20 years experience in Anacostia. The mission of The Hive is to provide affordable office space, services, and equipment to take entrepreneurs and organizations from the dream stage to reality.  For a very affordable membership fee  Hive members have 24/7 access to all the tools to make their business or organization a success.  Office space, wireless Internet, reception space, meeting space and office equipment.

Attendees to the Grand Opening  had the opportunity to network, tour the facilities, meet current Hive members such as nSpiregreen LLC, African American Women's Resource Center, GreatSchools DC, and my own company,  reSPIN Public Relations.  Attendees also received Eat Shop Live Anacostia gift bags and incentive cards.

Including some pictures below. Go HERE to check out all the photos from the event!
