SOUND BYTES!
Location: Theater Technical Booth
You will learn the correct handling of sound equipment and safe production procedures. Participants will engage in practical simulation of equipment set-up, testing, running and strike for a production.

LET THERE BE LIGHT?
Location: Theater Stage
If you had any doubt, this workshop is all about lighting. Explore the aspects of stage lighting: the instruments, their various uses, maintenance and design. Participants are taught light properties and the basics of lighting design for the stage

Location: THEARC Conference Room
This workshop takes the Production and Stage Managers through the production process from concept to close, stressing Communication: The Central Issue.

Audience safety and comfort are the House Manager’s first priority. You will learn Front of House basics as they relate to planning, operating, implementing, and troubleshooting production issues.
