List of ANC Challenges for the Nov 2, 2010 Ballot

Candidates want to appear on the ballot to make it much easier for voters to vote for them but ANC candidates can still run as "Write-In" candidates.  Check out http://www.dcboee.org/ to read about the process of being a "write-in" candidate.
