I don't know Chipotle, that sounds like a bunch of "bol" to me.

Free rent isn't enough to get Chipotle over the bridge.
Housing Complex posts Chipotle's response to why the burrito bol chain refused to open a new location in the brand new, The Gray's building on Pennsylvania Avenue in Ward 7 (which now features a Yes! Organic Market).  The burrito chain refused the move even after being offered F-R-E-E rent.

Chipotle, citing "that the area is still a long way from having the right day parts necessary to support one of our restaurants"had to decline at this time but see a possibility in coming over "at some point."

What exactly is the "right day part"? People who eat? People who eat during the day? Considering there are no other real dining options - definitely no chain options-  on that end of Pennsylvania Avenue AND that the Chipotle would be on the ground floor of a large residential complex that seems a little.... "hard to swallow."

The Advoc8te is asking you, "Does Chipotles response on why they didn't make the move East of the River satisfy you or does it sound like a bunch of  'bol' to you?" Please mention in the comments whether you would boycott Chipotle or whether nothing will stand between you and your burrito bol.
