IN PICTURES: 443 Orange Street SE Undergoing Major Renovation

I was taking a stroll and it seems that 443 Orange Street SE is in the middle of a major renovation. Built in 1942 the original building has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and approximately 2,574 square feet.The building has been entirely gutted and it looks like an additional floor is being added. I am going to have to look into this further.  It's great to see what was once a vacant building now in the midst of construction but I am always hesistant when it comes to multi-family dwellings.  The city has been too quick to sneak group homes into our community. Hopefully this is not the case.  We need more responsible homeowners living in our neighborhoods.
