NEW CONGRESS HEIGHTS BUSINESS! Perfect Nails IV @ The Shops at Park Village

Last Friday The Advoc8te was in desperate need of the full beauty works - mani, pedi and eyebrow waxing.  Normally, I would travel out to my favorite spot in Marlow Heights for my beauty treatments but this time I wanted to spend my dollars right here in Congress Heights and for once I was able to do just that! Yippee!

I paid a visit to the new nail shop Perfect Nails IV that just opened at The Shops at Park Village in Congress Heights and boy am I glad I did!  Not only was the shop bright, clean and very well decorated  but the staff was very friendly and did an excellent job!  Not only was everthing new but it was decorated like a high end salon, exactly what I would expect in Northwest or in Virginia. Everything was coordinated and stylish - there were even two waterfalls that divided the waiting area from the service area.  Very classy.

I came into the shop around 3:30pm on Friday for my services and all 6 technicians were working (who says Ward 8 residents don't spend money - we do!) but I was seated quickly in a pedicure station with a brand new massaging chair. I watched a show on their brand new flat plasma television so I didn't mind the 30 minute wait at all.  Once I was serviced everything went very smoothly and quickly. John, who did my pedicure and manicure did a great job and was very friendly and professional and the young woman who did my eyebrows did a FANTASTIC job - probably one of the best eyebrow jobs I have ever had done.

I highly recommend Perfect Nails IV and I look forward to more high quality businesses coming to Congress Heights - we have the money to spend and we would like to spend it here.

Sink station is "green" instead of wasting paper towels they provide  new white cotton wash cloths to dry your hands.
