NBC: City Hopes St. Elizabeths Project Spurs Development

Commissioner Mary Cuthbert of ANC 8C (yup that one) makes a cameo.  It seems Commissioner Cuthbert has two different philosphies when it comes to young people getting involved.  It's bad when it comes to ANC 8C but great when it is in relation to the federal goverment.
