HOUSING COMPLEX: DHCD Selects Developers for its Latest Affordable Housing Projects

Back in May, the Department of Housing and Community Development announced that it was seeking developers for several empty lots and properties sprinkled around Shaw, Logan Circle, Congress Heights, and Randle Highlands.
Today, DHCD made public its selections:
•DC Habitat for Humanity submitted a proposal to redevelopment properties located at 922 French St. NW; 1713 New Jersey Ave. NW, and Florida Ave. and Q St. NW. MissionFirst Development will partner with DC Habitat for Humanity on the Florida Ave. and Q St. NW project.
•William C. Smith Inc. submitted a proposal for the redevelopment of 3401 13th St. SE.
