Fitness Classes in Ward 8 sponsored by the Matthews Memorial Baptist Church. Classes are FREE Monday and Thursday nights - 6:30 - 7:30pm. Friday nights, also offer free nutrition classes from 6:30 - 7-30pm. Contact Ms. Balawa at 202-678-4024.
Free Dental Screenings!
Dr. Laura Muhammad will offer FREE dental screenings to children ages 5 through 14 from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
