The Service Request Center makes it easy to submit requests online. You'll receive a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your request.

There are two ways to submit a service request:

If you are registered with DC.Gov, log in to submit a request. You can track the status online.

Submit a request as a guest user. You won't be able to track the status online. For status information, please contact the Mayor's Citywide Call Center at 311, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In the interest of transparency, the District government now publishes all service request information as summaries and Real Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds. Read more about RSS feeds.
