Which when you think about it makes sense. You need phantom office space when you are doing phantom work.

BTW - ANC 8C still has not held a special election to elect a Chair or a Vice Chair (which have to be able to be bonded) after the tie in JANUARY. There still hasn't been an executive meeting of the commissioners. Still haven't had an approved agenda and those missing financial reports are still missing.
