GOTTLIEB SIMON EXPLAINING TO ANC COMMISSION THAT VIDEOTAPING OF ANC MEETINGS CAN NOT BE OUTLAWED
Despite Commissioner Cuthberts attempts to prevent the March 4th ANC meeting from being videotaped there is NO legal basis in which to prevent someone from video or audio taping a meeting. Videotaping of ANC meetings (and any other public meeting) IS allowed.
It is about time that what has been done in the dark is brought into the light!
