What are steps I need to take to take advantage of this Program?

In that case, our representatives will review our standard lease and related forms with you and take a deposit. If you are interested in the Lease-to-Own program, our representative will arrange a meeting with our sales agent to execute both a lease and a sales contract with a deposit. Your sales contract deposit is refundable and You decide if you want to buy. It’s your option and there’s no risk to you.
