🌟 United States Capitol Historical Society seeks Scheduler & Administrative Assistant [SP]
The United States Capitol Historical Society is seeking an energetic and organized candidate to serve in a key support position. The work includes managing schedules for the Society’s President/CEO, Tours program, and Speakers Bureau. In addition, the job includes administrative functions including answering phones, greeting visitors, and processing mail to support the Society’s Board of Trustees, financial management, portrait program, and individual giving efforts.
Necessary Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and organization
Ability to work with customer relationship management databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The ideal candidate understands something about how Congress works and is interested in the Capitol and Congressional history. Flexibility and a collegial demeanor are appreciated.
