Holiday Harmony: A Music and Movement Holiday Workshop for Families

With the winter holidays growing near, now is the time to reflect on how we can all play our part to help make the world a more beautiful place. Join teaching artist Sylvia Zwi as she shows us how a little fish named Adri bestows peace, harmony, and happiness to his friends and family. Through dramatic reading, song, and dance we will learn from the wisdom of Mama and Papa, swim with Adri, and make wishes to the stars in the nighttime sky. Recommended for children ages 2-6, but everyone is welcome!

Everyone receives a FREE book at the end of each workshop.

Jumbo Family Holiday Cards

Join Project Create teaching artist Jemn Napper to create holiday greeting cards that symbolize the connection we have with our families. Each color used for making the faces or heads of each family member on the front of the card will be recycled and used to create mosaics for every hand of each family member on the inside of the card. Oil pastels will be used to create the family name and more designs on the card. Acrylic paint will be used to create the centered circular piece on the inside of the card to represent the family’s bond.
