The Attorneys from Covington & Burling LLP will provide an overview of the importance of your co-op and condo maintaining an insurance policy that protects the building, board members, and officers, and meets the requirements of the lender. Douglass CLT can provide free follow-up technical assistance to Condo and limited-equity Cooperatives who attend this FREE training. The presentation will include the following and MORE!
