CRITICAL MISSING PERSON | Philia Lewis, 15

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15 year old Philia Lewis who was last seen in the 300 block of Division Avenue, Northeast on March 1, 2021.

Philia Lewis is described as a black female, 5’3” tall, 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing camouflage sweat pants, a yellow sweater, a pink coat and black tennis shoes.
