The Private Equity Stakeholder Project (PESP) is seeking an Operations Manager to manage human resources, administration, finances, grant support, and digital/IT infrastructure for the organization.

The position will work closely with the staff, board, and other stakeholders to develop PESP into a more effective organization that is better able to support its partners. The Operations Manager will report to the Executive Director. The Operations Manager oversees everything internal, freeing up the Executive Director to focus on external goals such as fundraising, communications, and partnerships.

All full-time PESP employees are eligible for 10 days of annual sick time, generous vacation time, 12 paid holidays, and employer-paid health, vision, and dental coverage. Position is remote within the United States.
