Under the supervision of the Senior Youth Development Manager, the Youth Program Coordinator helps coordinate, promote, and monitor all K-8 initiatives and programs. Approximately 75+ students participate in Horton's Kids academic, enrichment, and social-emotional programs, including individual and one-on-one volunteer tutoring. The coordinator supports Horton's Kids’ school advocacy model that promotes educational excellence within and outside a school setting. In addition to working with the Senior Youth Development Manager, this position supports the organization's broader goals for academics, health and basic needs, youth development, social-emotional learning, enrichment, and community engagement.
