We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting and HR Associate to support the Director of Finance & Human Resources. The Accounting and HR Associate manages day-to-day financial procedures (80%) and assists with human resources coordination (20%). You will be processing accounting records, revising and updating financial reports, and preparing financial data for audits and reviews. You will also assist with employee benefits and support on-boarding of new employees. 

To ensure success as an Accounting and HR Associate, you should have a strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and an excellent working knowledge of accounting software. You should be prepared to offer your skills in finance and accounting to support Calvary in its efforts for excellence in achieving our mission of ending women’s homelessness in DC.
