Mamatoto Village is committed to providing the highest quality, client-centered, and strength-based services. The Director of Community Programs will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the MV’s Direct Services programming, which includes home visiting, counseling, lactation, and fatherhood programs that provide culturally-grounded and healing-centered services for Black birthing and parenting people and the community. Additionally, the Director of Community Programs will be responsible for supervising program staff; managing MCO contract requirements and grant deliverables; liaising with community partners and technical assistance providers; participating in program and organizational development; and will maintain a standard of high-quality care delivery throughout all programs to support Mamatoto’s efforts of improving perinatal health outcomes. This position will serve on the senior management team to assist with the strategic vision of the organization.
