Voxnest seeks Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

What is this job position about?

We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You'll help our customers while offering advice and feedback to development and management teams.

Offering a high-level customer support is one of the strengths of our company, we want to keep our customers happy and satisfied and want to learn from them how to make our products even better.

You will also have the chance to work closely with our sales team to help grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Becoming a product expert in Voxnest platforms and products

  • Responding in a professional way to incoming users' inquiries using our helpdesk ticketing system and social media channels

  • Increasing customer satisfaction and building loyalty by providing amazing, personal customer support

  • Reach out to potential customers and execute the onboarding program via phone calls and live demos

  • Creating support materials including training documentation, tutorials, and guides to be published on the help center to support external clients and internal team learning.

These are the essentials:

  • You are passionate about helping customers succeed while driving retention and growth

  • You like listening to podcasts and you're tech-savvy

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You are comfortable with managing both B2C and B2B communications

  • Native / fluent in written and spoken English. A second language is a plus

  • You have a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves and help attitude

  • Experience with Intercom, Zendesk or other support tools

  • You have creative thinking skills and exceptional multitasking skills.
