Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch are investigating a homicide. Investigators seek the public's assistance in identifying and locating a person and vehicle of interest in a Homicide which occurred in the 1700 block of R Street, SE, on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at approximately 3:18 PM. The subject and vehicle were captured by nearby surveillance cameras.
