Congress Heights on the Rise

The latest in the saga of 1300 Congress St SE: Foreclosure Auction

Per the listing: Investors!!!! Foreclosure Auction. Remodeled 14unit building. 7-1 bedrooms, 6-2 bedrooms, 1- 3bedroom. All occupied.

The Advoc8te was surprised (but not really) to see that 1300 Congress St SE is back on the market. Looks like it has gone into foreclosure and is now up for auction (or was purchased at auction) and is now for sale.

Without getting into the details (because there are many) I am including links to press articles on the long and cautionary tale of 1300 Congress Street SE.
