The Good Food Institute seeks Development Executive Assistant (Remote) - $35k to $40k
The Good Food Institute (GFI) is at the forefront of the movement to use food technology and markets to solve some of the world’s biggest problems, from climate change and global hunger to antibiotic resistance and the exploitation of billions of animals annually.
How You Will Make a Difference
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level, confidential project execution and administrative support to the director of development and to the development team as needed. The Development Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
Managing and supporting the Director of Development’s project portfolio and schedule by maintaining and tracking their calendar, booking all travel arrangements, scheduling and confirming meetings, etc.
Assisting with CRM maintenance and data entry, such as notes from directors meetings and other oral and written donor and prospect communications.
Initiating, managing, and completing projects that may involve convening groups of staff, consultants, and others; collecting and analyzing data; carrying out research; and presenting data.
Identifying opportunities to streamline department processes and projects and recommending solutions to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Drafting letters, correspondence, presentations, and general information/materials.
Managing all general inquiries to the Development Department.
Providing administrative and accounting support, including completion of expense reports, etc.
Following all human resource and operational procedures.
Performing other duties as assigned.
