The aftermath of trying to sell a Ward 8 condo once the association fails

It feels like yesterday when I was sounding the alarm about the issues facing many east of the river condominiums and the need for a powerful intervention. While this is not surprising, it is still no less tragic. Each unit number in these associations represents a hopeful homebuyer at one point. How they untangle something like this I have no idea. How can you sell a unit when the front door of the building is padlocked and there is no running water or electricity? Where do you live when you are still responsible for a mortgage for a home that is no longer inhabitable?
