The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 85 -year-old James Parham, who was last seen the 3000 block of 24th Street, NE, on Saturday, September 11, 2021.

James Parham is described as a black male, with a dark complexion, 5’5 in height, 160 pounds, with a bald head on the top and  gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan hat, white t-shirt, dark blue jeans and possibly tan work boots or white sneakers. He may be in need of medication.
