If you live in the DMV
If you are a teen girl between the ages of 14 and 17; and
If you are growing up in a home without the daily presence or active engagement of your biological father because your parents are divorced; or your parents are separated and no longer live together; or your parents have never lived together; or your father is incarcerated; or your father died early in your life.
SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM September 1, 2021 through October 31, 2021 at Midnight
