Hi there! I recently bought a home and am looking to rent out the rooms. I have 3 rooms left! Secondary Master $950/month- private room, private bathroom, huge walk in closet. Only room on the main floor behind the kitchen. Smaller room $675/month- private room, shared bathroom that is connected to other bedroom. Jack and Jill style bathroom. Larger room $750- huge private room. shared bathroom with smaller room. Jack and Jill style. All prices are per month and do NOT include utilities.Utilities will be split accordingly. Price does include wifi. Year long lease preferred. Shorter leases will not be pro-rated. All future tenants will be required to go through a background and credit check. Required: security deposit (equivalent to one months rent), first months rent, and $39.99 + tax background check fee. Other roomies are young professionals (myself and my husband). We have the master bedroom. There is also a couple who lives in the basement apartment but they never come up. House is in SE DC and 1.5 miles from Southern Ave Metro Station. Plenty of buses come through as well. Street parking available, no need for a permit! House is fully furnished. Washer and dryer is on the second floor. Rooms can also come furnished with a bed if needed for an additional cost.
