(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia. 

Sixth District:  

• On Monday, August 17, 2020, members conducted an operation in the 500 block of Division Avenue, Northeast. CCN: 20-117-701. The following person was arrested: 

  • 64 year-old Frank Paul McDowell, of Southeast, DC, for a Distribution of Heroin. 

• On Monday, August 17, 2020, members conducted an operation in the 5000 block of Benning Road, Southeast. CCN: 20-117-680. The following person was arrested: 

  • 27 year-old Darryl Dean, of Southeast, DC, for a Distribution of a Controlled Substance (K-2).
