The Democracy Collaborative is hiring for a part-time, paid intern position for the 2019-2020 academic year focused on providing support for our communications department as it works to highlight projects focused on catalyzing a more equitable, just, sustainable, and democratic political-economic system. The intern will provide support for a major website overhaul, while also creating ongoing digital content to advance our mission. For further details, please see the position description below. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for a major migration of our central organizational website, helping migrate and adapt text and image content, draft new copy, and provide quality assurance for migrated articles and publications.

• Develop creative assets for our websites and social media, including interactive timelines, charts, and other visualizations, as well as short videos.

• Assist with production of our Next System Podcast.

• Author or collaborate on blog posts and other content.

• Provide other support as needed to the comms team.
