The School Operations Support Specialist provides school operations support for both internal and external customers with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.  Primary responsibilities will include supporting schools and students with account access, enrollment, and operational activities across all supported systems. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, evening and weekend hours may be required.

As a School Operations Support Specialist, you will...

Essential Functions:   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. 

  • Process new account creation and enrollment requests

  • Assist with activities related to course access, section creation, enrollments, and system set-up

  • Facilitate access request for customers and internal K12 staff for all supported systems

  • Collaborate as necessary with Sales, Account Management, Support and other key stakeholders, to gain knowledge that will ensure client support needs are met

  • Provide troubleshooting and solutions in a timely manner to basic issues using internal databases and standard operating procedures; more complex issues referred upward

  • Utilize product and process knowledge to determine best approach to meet defined client operational support needs; staying current on any new product enhancements

  • Provide support and assistance to all operations teams and end users as needed

  • Work with districts and families as needed to ensure a positive product experience

  • Contribute to the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all student records per policy

Minimum Required Qualifications:   

  • High School Diploma AND

  • One-year relevant work experience OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience
