DC Public Library wants to improve its services for our customers, and we want to hear what you want and need. At no time will anyone try to sell you something as a result of your responses here or at any point during this research. District of Columbia governmental agencies are bound by strict participant-engagement policies, you can be assured that your identity, personal information (including sensitive data), and responses will be kept completely confidential.

If you meet the requirements to be a participant, you may be invited to participate in a three-day online discussion group study taking place from Wednesday, May 5, to Friday, May 7, 2021.

An online discussion group is an online bulletin board where you will be able to see and respond to questions, as well as read and respond to other participant's answers. You may complete the activities using a mobile device or computer connected to high-speed internet.

An online discussion group is not a real-time chat. This means that you can log in at your convenience to respond to questions posted daily. We ask that you commit 30 minutes each of the three days to complete your assignments online. The approximate total time commitment over the three days of this study is 90 minutes.
