The Pickle Factory Crew is the backbone of Number 1 Sons. You are part of a proudly effective team that tackles many different tasks daily. Processing vegetables, learning how we make money, receiving deliveries, cleaning the pickle factory, packing orders, and supporting the farmers’ markets we serve is all part of our regular week. It's a lot and we embrace it.
