NTL Institute seeks Part-Time Office Manager - $20 to $30/hour
NTL Institute, established in 1947, is a small member-based non-profit. Our organization is active globally in the field of training and organization development. Central to NTL's philosophy is the notion of equity, diversity and inclusion, valuing the differences of individuals and cultures.
We are looking for a levelheaded Office Manager to help support and streamline new developments within our organization: someone who is an energetic professional and who does not mind wearing multiple hats, technology savvy, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a from time to time chaotic (virtual) office. The office manager is expected to be in our WeWork Office in Washington DC at least one day per week.
As our Office Manager, your focus will include the following areas.
General Office Management
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures: this includes tasks such as:
Organizing and managing weekly staff meetings.
Mail handling including packing and shipping packages.
Answering to general email inquiries.
Tracking and purchasing supplies for the office, and for courses and facilitators.
Be contact and coordinator for Salesforce implementation process.
Developing of new processes and procedures to improve our operations.
