The Metropolitan Police Department seek the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old Moises Alexander Delcid. 

 Delcid, pictured below, is approximately 6’0” tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

He is currently wanted on a Probation Violation warrant and a DC Superior Court traffic bench warrant.
