The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Michelle Smith , who was last seen in the 100 block of Wayne Pl SE on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023. 

Michelle Smith is described as a black female with a dark complexion, 5’4-5”5 tall, 170-180 pounds, with black hair in corn rows and brown eyes. Clothing, blue jeans, black shirt, black and white high top Converse tennis shoes. Also carrying a black backpack and white a trash bag.
