Megaphone is looking for a talented operations professional to join our team!

About us: Megaphone is a not-for-profit social justice media strategy firm. Our mission is to use PR as a tool to diversify the media and politics. We partner with frontline communities, political campaigns, and impactful social justice groups to break through and win on a range of progressive issues. Our team reflects the movement we are trying to build and support: we are a small but mighty team run by women, people of color, LGBTQ folks, disabled folks, and people from across marginalized communities.  

Position: Operations Manager. This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC. Remote work possible for the right candidate. 

Compensation: Salary is $65-70,000. We offer comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-covered health/dental/vision insurance for employees and their dependents, a flexible work environment, paid family leave for new parents and family emergencies, short/ long term disability insurance, 401k, cell phone stipend, and an unlimited vacation policy that recommends team members take 2-4 weeks per year. Megaphone observes federal holidays and closes for a week every year in December.
