Medical Office Front Desk Manager We are seeking a Medical Office Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations. Responsibilities: Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel Schedules and greets patients Checks patients in and out Verifies patient eligibility and financial responsibility Collects patient payments on Check-in Entering medicines, past medical history in to EHR Faxing/copying/scanning/schedules surgeries Fills out Surgery packets Corresponds with referring offices and surgery center Able to phone insurance companies to process denied claims Purchase Materials and supplies Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Able to perform light lifting up to 25lbs.
