Calling all parents and caregivers! Enjoy a free Creativity and Wellness Workshop. With childcare provided, you can de-stress and have fun doing relaxation, mindfulness and creative exercises. Includes a complimentary Artful Wellness Kit. No experience required. Childcare provided, ages 3 and up. Includes refreshments.
