Join America's Buffalo Soldiers Re-enactors Association, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, and Harley-Davidson of Washington Sunday, July 23, 2023, on a ride through Washington, DC to raise awareness of motorcycle safety and give tribute to Buffalo Soldiers veterans and the late U.S. Gen. Colin Powell in the 2023 National Iron Horse Motorcycle Safety Parade. 

All licensed riders are welcome!  Registration is free, but donations are welcome. 

Riders are asked to assemble at 9 a.m. on the Auxiliary Turf Field in Lot 7 of RFK Stadium, 279 Oklahoma Ave NE, on the morning of the parade. Kickstands will go up at 10:30 a.m..
