Exciting New Venue in U St Corridor, DC looking for an experienced Senior Nightclub Manager to lead our team and operations. A business model is bottle service focused, so the right candidate is motivated and excited to work in this fast-paced environment.

Our Bar/Club Manager will have at least 5 years of experience in running a successful bar/club with bottle service.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Enforce policy and procedures
Keep bar stocked, organized, and clean
Oversee and coordinate receiving of supplies and inventory
Provide direction to staff and ensure all duties are complete
Oversee bottle service and bar service duties from running tables to POS entry and closeout of tabs
Direct security team to secure the establishment at all time during operating hours
Responsible for payroll records and tip outs
Handle openings and closings as assigned
Check bathrooms for cleanliness and coordinate restock of items
Oversee cleanliness of staff, paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations
Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines
Knowledge of local and state regulations related to alcohol service and health code compliance
Knowledge of basic accounting principles, POS system, personnel management
Prepared to handle ABRA and Health Department visits effectively
Deliver and present weekly KPI reports and Inventory
Assist Senior VP of Operations as needed
Management experience required
