JOB ALERT | Scheduler & Office Coordinator - $45k to $55k

American Bridge 21st Century, a progressive research and communications organization dedicated to holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions, is hiring a Scheduler & Office Coordinator to oversee the schedules of our Management Team and support the daily operations of our office. This position requires a keen attention to detail, confidentiality, high-protocol professionalism, and strong organization skills and comprehension; persons with former Capitol Hill scheduling experience are encouraged to apply.

This position will be a member of the organization’s Operations Department and reports to the Operations Director. The Scheduler & Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily and long-term schedules of the President and Senior Advisor as well as lend support to the daily operations of the office. Additional responsibilities include staffing the reception area, answering phones, reviewing the operations email account, and monitoring and stocking office supplies (when relevant). The position is currently remote but will ultimately be based in Washington, D.C.
